A licensed architect with an MIT Master of Architecture and NCARB certification, Nic has led major design and delivery programs around the world. As Global VP at WeWork, he led 240 professionals across 10 countries and delivered $420 million in projects, building one million square feet per month.

He also led Snøhetta’s San Francisco office, contributing to landmark projects including SFO Terminal 1, the 9/11 Memorial Museum Pavilion, and NC State’s Hunt Library.

Zak Kostura

Zak is a licensed professional engineer, MIT Master of Engineering graduate, and Adjunct Professor at Columbia GSAPP.

During 21 years at Arup, he became Project Director and Head of Digital Services for the Americas, leading complex, mission-critical work across disciplines.

His portfolio includes New York City’s $1.4 billion Fulton Center, Mexico City International Airport, and China Resources Tower.

Tony is a systems and preconstruction executive with expertise spanning electrical engineering, critical infrastructure, and large-scale project delivery.

At Clark Construction, he led Western Region preconstruction for MEP and fire protection systems across design-build, design-bid-build, and public-private partnership projects.

His experience includes work for Digital Realty, Google, and Meta, and he is a recipient of a $3.5 million DOE ARPA-E grant.

Tony holds engineering degrees from Columbia and Stanford and is a licensed PE, PMP,

and LEED AP.
