A closer look at how our brand values shape the way we build, lead, and grow — together.

As we approach our upcoming offsite, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the deeper meaning behind the four themes that will shape our time together: Purpose. Precision. Performance. People. These aren’t just talking points — they’re the pillars of our brand, the foundation of our culture, and the compass guiding everything we do.

Purpose is about clarity — in what we’re building and why it matters. Every decision we make, every product we launch, every experience we create should be grounded in intentionality. We don’t chase trends. We solve real problems. We’re not here to simply build infrastructure — we’re here to build the future of infrastructure.

Precision speaks to the way we operate. It shows up in how we engineer, how we communicate, how we make decisions. Precision is not just a technical trait — it’s a mindset. It’s about holding the bar high for ourselves and for each other, and delivering work that is thoughtful, refined, and world-class.

Performance is our standard. It’s how we measure our impact — not just through speed or scale, but through quality, consistency, and outcomes. Whether it’s the performance of our systems, the experience of our customers, or how we show up as teammates — performance is in everything we do.
