Kendall County is using FlexHubs to build out a private data center infrastructure, and position the County and its stakeholders to take advantage of emerging AI and other accelerated computing tools without cloud computing egress costs and latency challenges. The county will initially move all of its private network compute to the Flexnode infrastructure, including that of key agencies and County stakeholders, such as the sheriff’s office, county courthouse, and other departments that are accelerating their usage of AI processes such as license plate recognition software, video feed analysis tools, and other emerging efficiency technologies.
